There is no peace in this place
on "hallowed ground" unhallowed bound
the unclean made manifest in the midst of the church.
The siren song, an abundance of disgrace
from the high tower and spire.
Hear a wolf cry out from the lonely heights of Ramah,
for you have slain her cubs
They lay scattered 'round the altar way
A voice cry out from the pulpit...
It echoes in the coal cathedral.
----
Lift up thine eyes and see:
there is movement in the firmament;
a retinue en marsche,
rolling 'cross a raging sky.
Through the ages they roam
on the outskirts and in the minds of fallen men.
Something is rotting in the heart of the land,
something is diseased and needs to be uprooted.
---
A chariot on fire to burn across the sky
to smite the warriors of man
For they raised their banners against the Son of Man,
he of 12 legions strong.
He lead them to battle in the cold of the heart,
seven times around the city walls
-and so they fall-
He call to the thousands to bend before His throne,
and the knees of the defiant will be broken.

The man behind Kärv may not market his music as (un)black metal, but the Kärv portion of the split gives Satanic black metal bands a run for their money. Has got a little bit of a Dödsrit vibe at times, which is never a bad thing. Frosty Bear
Another gem from Northern Silence Productions, Aussie one-man act Fathomage delivers relentlessly one full-length a year since 2018. This one is again an amazing atmospheric BM extremely well-crafted composition, suffice to listen to the first 12 min of the album, i.e. the first track, to be fully immersed in a mystical Tolkien's journey... but modern, dark ambient elements make it stand out from the baseline! Highly recommended!! sachavonkarl74
